What’s Up With My Hands? MS stuff.

The more you know… Sharing a more close-up look at what I deal with on the daily. Everyone deals with something!

MS affects every single person differently.  This is my experience. I have been living diagnosed with MS since I was 18 years old. My entire adult life! I do not know any differently.

Because of this, I can unintentionally “trauma dump” because all sorts of changes can happen suddenly, and I am very used to the fluctuations. I genuinely apologize if I’ve freaked you out (but also – sorry, not sorry. We speak authentically around here.)

Love you!

I get my Tysabri juice tomorrow. It does not improve this, but it does help ease my Rollercoaster.

Make sure your friends or loved ones with MS talk to their neurologist about which medication is right for them.

Do NOT fall into the trap of the conwoman, Dr. Terry Wahls, who boasts treating her MS naturally with food/lifestyle. She actually went through a series of chemotherapy to obliterate her immune system. She is a liar and making a lot of money off of sick people believing her.

Yes, a healthy Mediterranean style diet, with lots of fish, is proven effective in keeping inflammation down – but TREAT YOUR MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. There is no stopping the disease. There is only slowing the inevitable deterioration. From someone who has tried both paths, please. Listen to your neurologist.
